GERMANY
UPS Standard (2-5 days): 5,- Euro
UPS Express Saver (1-3 days): 10,- Euro
EUROPE
UPS Standard (5-7 days): 15 - 25,- Euro
UPS Express Saver (2–4 days): 30,- Euro
REST OF THE WORLD
UPS Express Saver (4–5 days): 100,- Euro
UPS Express Saver (4–5 days): 150,- Euro
Delivery time only includes shipping
We are not preparing orders on weekends and German public holidays, also no deliveries on Sundays and other holidays.
In some countries UPS does not make deliveries on Saturdays (e.g. Germany)
Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which “The Square Berlin” cannot assume any legal responsibility.
The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order.
Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Expected shipment time may differ during Sale season. We appreciate your understanding during busy times.
TRACK AND TRACE
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track the status of your parcel at any time using the link in the email.
Registered customers can find the tracking link in the ‘My Account/Orders’ area.
RETURNS
All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be qualified for return.
Items that qualify for a return or exchange can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Beauty products, swimwear and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for deliveries outside of the European Union.
The return shipping fee is not covered by us.
If the customer refuses delivery and a return shipment is required, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customer's refund.
“The Square Berlin” reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.
